Needed some therapy sketching.
This was done while listening to Open Your Eyes by Andrew Belle. I love Andrew Belle and for anyone who has not heard one of his songs I strongly recommend it.
WIP
FINALLY sat down and did some serious sketching (felt sooo good). This took about 4 hours so far and i’m still working out the little details
and then on to inking and coloring it *.* i’m terrified.
needed to draw mako and bolin as kids…SO CUTE. it breaks my heart that they grew up on the streets. *ugly sobbing face*
anyway, another quickie using a random ballpoint pen
quick pen (one of those ballpoint cheapy ones) sketch of korra, mako, and bolin. i find that drawing fanart is an really nice way to “warm up” since i don’t really have to put in effort into creating a character and quick doodles like this are fun and easy.

So I’m home now and while you cannot even imagine the bliss I’m in, I do kind of miss the scanners at my college cuz those things were pro. But my family got a new printer/scanner/copier thingy and it’s not too terrible. Enjoy!
